API keys for services like Google Gemini are managed securely on the server-side via Genkit configuration (typically using environment variables such as `GOOGLE_API_KEY`). This is a best practice. You do not need to embed API keys in the client-side code. For development, ensure your local `.env` file is correctly set up with your `GOOGLE_API_KEY` as per Genkit and Google AI Studio documentation.
